We looked at Italian Modernism and Radical Design, alongside Mediterranean interiors from the 1960s and 70s. The typography and geometry came from that period of Italian design, while the interiors gave us a warmer palette of amber, rust, olive and cream, as well as the use of textured glass.
A stained-glass window was already part of the plans for the restaurant. Rather than design it separately, we developed the window alongside the identity, using the same shapes, colours and proportions across both.
